Anne Hathaway Hairstyle

Even if your shape is close to perfection, it can be not enough to look perfect wearing a close-fitting catsuit. That is the problem Anne Hathaway’s faced with while preparing for her Catwoman role in The Dark Knight Rises.

That catsuit – it’s unforgiving, man! It takes three of us to get me into it.
Anne joked.
Thus, even always-slender Anne Hathaway had to polish her diet plan and workout routine to look her best in the “unforgiving” skintight outfit. Find out all the details below.

Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman Diet

The main aim of Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman diet was to keep her fueled for intensive workout sessions and slim at the same time.
[Hathaway] didn’t come to us out of shape or having any particular issues, but she wanted to tone up. Primarily, our objective was to get her the right food so she could train and act in the physically demanding way she needed to.
Anne’s personal trainer Jackie Keller revealed.
Whole grains, avocados, almonds, sesame seeds, dark chocolate, bright red and orange vegetables that are high in antioxidants, dark leafy greens, ginger, and turmeric turned out to be that ‘right’ food. To be more precise, the newest Catwoman went for almost vegan, anti-inflammatory diet plan. But being an incorrigible chocoholic, Anne Hathaway was allowed to have a healthy dessert (such as gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies, and marble cake) every day to avoid food cravings.

To have enough energy for her next workout session, Hathaway had to eat every 2 or 3 hours. It included 6 or even 7 meals spiced up with soup or salad daily. And surely hydration played an important role. Keller recommended doubling water intake to stay hydrated and boost metabolism.
